As soon as we receive your enquiry we will check available dates and get back to you straight away.
Terms of booking, deposits & payments
We will require a 20% deposit upon booking with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. We will also require a security bond of £500.00 to protect us against damage to the villa and its contents.The security bond payment will be taken a week before arrival. Assuming that the villa is left okay it will be returned within a couple of days.
